    Preparation: For 1 kg chicken, combine 3 tbsp Shahi Biryani Masala, 5 crushed tomatoes, 6 tbsp yogurt, 1 tbsp fried onions, 1 tbsp ginger & garlic paste, 1½ tsp salt, and 2 chopped green chilies. Cook the marinated chicken with onions, then add coriander and mint. Prepare fried potatoes and boil 2½ cups basmati rice to 80% cooked. Layer the rice and chicken with fried onions and boiled eggs, then steam on low heat until fully cooked.
