How do I make seekh kebabs?

Mix the blend into ground meat with finely chopped onion and fresh herbs, chill for about 30 minutes so it holds together, then shape onto skewers and grill or pan-fry.

Can I use it for kofta, burgers or meatballs?

Yes. The kebab blends work in anything made with ground meat: kofta, burgers, meatballs and even stuffed peppers.
