    Preparation Suggestion: For 1 kg meat, use 80% meat and 20% fat. Mix with 1 finely chopped onion (water squeezed out), ½ cup fresh coriander, ¼ cup fresh mint, 1 red bell pepper, 1½ tbsp green chili, 3–4 tbsp Adana Kebab Spice Mix, and 2 tbsp fresh garlic paste. Shape into kebabs and grill on the BBQ, bake at 375°F, or shallow-fry until fully cooked.
