Who can apply for a wholesale account?

Restaurants, caterers, food trucks, grocery and specialty stores, online retailers and distributors with a valid business and Federal Tax ID.

Why do you ask for a Tax ID and resale certificate?

They confirm you’re a registered business. Retailers and wholesalers need a resale certificate (sales tax permit) so they can buy for resale.

How long does approval take?

We review every application personally and reply by email, usually within a few business days.

How do I order once I’m approved?

We’ll set up your wholesale account. Log in on our website and fill your cart. Once your order reaches $500 at your wholesale prices, the discount is applied automatically at checkout. A bar at the top of the site shows how much more you need.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes. Wholesale pricing applies to orders of $500 or more (at your wholesale prices). Smaller orders are charged our regular retail prices.

Are your blends halal certified?

Yes. All Spice & Flame blends are halal certified.
