    Preparation Suggestion: For 1 kg steak or 1 chicken, combine 3 tbsp Portuguese Seasoning, 2 tbsp ginger & garlic paste, ½ cup yogurt, 2 tbsp tomato paste, ½ cup olive oil, and 2 tbsp mayonnaise. Marinate for 3–24 hours. Grill on the BBQ or bake at 375°F until fully cooked.
