    Preparation Suggestion: For 1 kg of meat, heat 1 cup oil in a pot. Add the meat and 1 cup chopped tomatoes, then cook until the meat changes colour. Add 3 tbsp Sanam Karahi Gosht Spice Mix and 1 cup water. Cook over medium heat until the meat is tender and the oil separates. Stir in 1 tbsp butter and garnish with fresh coriander, chopped green chilies, and ginger. Serve hot with naan or roti.
