Garlic & Lemon Seasoned Fish

Make fish the highlight of your table with Sanam’s Fish Seasoning, fresh garlic, and lemon. Serve with fluffy rice, roasted vegetables, or a crisp salad for a satisfying meal full of flavor.

  • 1 kg fish, cleaned and portioned
  • 4 tbsp Sanam’s Fish Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp fresh crushed garlic
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup water
  • A little extra oil, if shallow-frying

  1. Prepare the marinade: Combine the fish seasoning, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and water in a bowl.
  2. Coat the fish: Gently spread the marinade over the fish, coating all sides.
  3. Marinate: Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours.
  4. Cook: Grill on a preheated BBQ, bake at 375°F (190°C), or shallow-fry in a little oil over medium heat until golden brown and fully cooked. Turn carefully as needed.
  5. Serve: Enjoy hot with your favorite sides and extra lemon wedges.
