    Preparation Suggestion: For 1 kg chicken, mix 3 tbsp Sanam Chicken Curry Lemon Spice Mix with 2 crushed tomatoes and 2 tbsp yogurt. Fry 1 chopped onion in ½ cup olive oil until lightly browned, then add 2 tbsp fresh garlic paste. Add the chicken and marinade, mix well, and season with salt to taste. Once the chicken is halfway cooked, add 1 cup water and simmer until fully cooked. Serve hot with rice, naan, or roti.
