    Preparation: For 1 kg chicken, combine 3 tbsp Bombay Biryani, 1 tsp garam masala, 4 crushed tomatoes, 2 tbsp yogurt, 3 tbsp ginger & garlic paste, 2 tbsp green chili paste, and 1 cup crushed fried onions. Marinate the chicken. Sauté whole spices in ½ cup oil and ½ cup ghee, then add chicken and cook halfway. Add fresh mint, coriander, and 2–3 fried potatoes. Separately cook 4 cups Basmati rice until halfway done. Layer the rice and chicken, finishing with a rice layer. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes or until fully cooked.
