❖ 1 kg chicken
❖ 4 tbsp Sanam Peri Peri Hot
❖ 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
❖ ½ tbsp fresh ginger & garlic paste
❖ 1 tbsp mustard paste
❖ 3 tbsp olive oil

Method · 5 steps ShowHide
  1. Wash and cut the chicken into your preferred pieces. Pat dry.
  2. In a large bowl, combine Sanam Peri Peri Hot, lemon juice, ginger & garlic paste, mustard paste, and olive oil.
  3. Add the chicken and coat each piece thoroughly with the marinade.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 3–24 hours for the best flavor.
  5. Cook on a preheated BBQ grill or bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C), turning occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and lightly charred.
